The Future Investor Clubs of America adheres to the philosophy, that "Becoming Wealthy Takes Practice!" Professional athletes in major sports, begin harnessing their skills at a very young age by practicing their sport. FICA believes that as in sports in order for a person to become successful financially, it is important, that he or she begin learning and practicing wealth strategies at the youngest age possible. Therefore, FICA has developed what we believe are four of the most important components of any financial and business intelligence training system. They are: Level One, Basic Financial Intelligence Training (BFIT); Level Two, Advance Financial Intelligence Training (AFIT); Level Three, Executive Financial Intelligence Training (EFIT); and Level Four, International Financial Intelligence Training (IFIT) . Each training system is outlined in more detail below. The FICA Financial & Business Intelligence Training System also incorporates the three main important educational components of Reading, Writing and Mathematics. In addition, students learn the importance of Finance, Business, Economics, Charts, Graphs, Teamwork, Social and Leadership Skills.
Participants attending FICA Financial and Business Intelligence Training programs leave with an understanding of real life skills and just how the world of finance/ business works. In order to help make the overall experience of learning about the world of finance and business fun, exciting and informative. Each of FICA's four training systems have been carefully designed as part of our Special Training Programs, Summer Camps, Financial Leadership Training and Tours. FICA Individual Members, Clubs, Chapters and Centers are advised to select only the FICA Financial and Business Intelligence Training System that best fits the educational development of the participating student(s). Level One, Basic Financial Intelligence Training (BFIT) is an excellent introductory training system for Students ages 8-19. Level Two, Advance Financial Intelligence Training (AFIT) is for more advanced students with basic financial or business training or for those individuals that have completed BFIT. Level Three, Executive Financial Intelligence Training (EFIT) is an executive training system designed for students possessing basic and advance training and or who have completed BFIT or AFIT. Level four International Financial Intelligence Training (IFIT) provides our students informative global businees and economics training applications combined with international travel opportunities. |

The Basic Financial Intelligence Training system incorporates the three main educational components of Reading, Writing and Mathematics in each of its curriculum components. In addition, students learn the importance of Finance, Business, Economics, Charts, Graphs, Teamwork and Leadership Skills. Participants attending FICA Financial and Business Intelligence Training programs leave with an understanding of real life skills and just how the world of finance/ business works. In addition, the Basic Financial Intelligence Training System is presented in an energetic and fun environment designed to enhance the learning experience and keep students wanting to learn more. Basic Financial Intelligence Training is the primary training system used for the FICA Financial Whiz Kids Challenge & Competition and the FICA Young Investors Club special training programs.
The FICA Young Investors Training Kit is the actual BFIT curriculum. The FICA Young Investors Training Kit consist of nine basic financial intelligence training booklets, they are: Financial Terminology, Insurance and Banking, Financial Planning, Investment Terminology, Investing In Stocks, Annuities, Bonds, and Mutual Funds, Online Trading and Financial Web-Sites, Career and Credit Management, and Starting An Investment Club. Each booklet will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete depending on the level of student participation. The BFIT training system is designed to be completed in 40-80 hours depending on the level of students. Each student is required to take and pass the BFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA Certificate of Completion. |

The FICA BFIT system also includes training on the importance of fundamental and technical analysis. Using computers (if available) BFIT participants are trained to research the best online websites for finding and analyzing investments and business. BFIT also includes surveying data services, newsletters and financial news services. FICA Members, attending the FICA Winning On Wall St. Kickoff special training program will receive a brief introduction to Basic Financial Intelligence Training. However individuals enrolled in the FICA Financial Whiz Kids Challenge & Competition and or FICA Young Investors Club special training programs will receive the benefits of the complete Basic Financial Intelligence Training system. FICA Members who complete the Basic Financial Intelligence Training are eligible to enroll in the FICA Advanced Financial Intelligence Training (AFIT)/Young Analyst Club and or Executives Financial Intelligence Training (EFIT)/Young Executives Club.

The FICA Young Analyst Training Kit consists of nine advance financial intelligence-training sessions, which are as follows: The Art of The Trade, Analyzing Bar Charts & Graphs, Stock Trading Patterns, Commodity Markets, Real Estate Investments, Bull and Bear Markets, Financial Risk and Reward, Technical & Fundamental Analysis, and analyzing the Automatic Investment Management System. Each booklet will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete depending on the level of student participation. The AFIT training system is designed to be completed in 40-80 hours depending on the level of students. Each student is required to take and pass the BFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA Certificate of Completion.

Each booklet will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete depending on the level of student participation. The EFIT training system is designed to be completed in 40-80 hours depending on the level of students. Each student is required to take and pass the EFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA Certificate of Completion.

FICA International Financial Intelligence Training (IFIT), combines international business, finance, and tours to provide members the opportunity to expand their knowledge beyond the BFIT, AFIT & EFIT training curriculums. FICA's Individual Members, Clubs, Chapters & Centers are all encouraged to include one or more of the IFIT Financial Leadership Training Tours as an integral component of their training strategy. FICA's Financial Leadership Training Tours has three main objectives, they are: Expose members to financial markets throughout the world; Provide members additional business, financial and leadership training needed to help members succeed. Provide a fun, exciting and informative environment that makes each leadership training tour a positive learning and memorable experience. FICA Financial Leadership Training Tours are carefully designed to provide both a National and International learning experience.
During the next five years FICA Members will have the opportunity to visit American corporations and financial tourist spots located in such as New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA, Washington DC, San Francisco, CA Los Angeles, CA, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Miami, FL and more! In addition, our FICAWORLD International Finance Clubs training programs development includes countries around the world and tours planned for Japan, Germany, Brazil, South Africa and Great Britain. Below you will find a brief description of the upcoming tours. You may select one or more of the training tours. You are also encouraged to include at least one international tour to compliment your FICA learning experience.
