FICA Individual Members, Clubs, Chapters and Center affiliates can choose to participate in one or more of the FICA Special Training Programs being held throughout the year including the following: the FICA E-Clubs Training Network, Winning on Wall St. Kickoff "Financial Pep Rally", Financial Whiz Kids Challenge & Competition, Young Investors Club, Young Analyst Club, Young Executives Club, and the FICA Financial Leadership Training Tours. Each training system is designed to provide superior financial intelligence training that incorporates Department of Education standards for Reading, Writing and Mathematics. The FICA development strategy entails establishing Clubs, Chapters & Centers in cooperation with elementary, middle, and high schools. Our strategy also includes youth groups, magnet and charter schools. FICA instructors are licensed professionals and or teachers who have been trained to present the FICA curriculum in a fun and exciting way. FICA Club face to face meeting and training network is designed to be Fun, Exciting & Informative! These three terms sum up the Future Investor Clubs of America (FICA), Inc. Future Investor Clubs of America was founded in 1997 and since then has trained thousands of youth ages 8-19 nationwide. Learning has never been this much fun! This half-day introductory FICA Winning On Wall St. is as the kids say "IT'S ALL GOOD." Presented in a "Pep Rally" type atmosphere this program has students literally coming to their feet with excitement! Students are introduced to basic financial life skills, personal money management and financial markets in a way that helps them understand the need for better math, reading and writing skills! Students explore the importance of saving and investing! In addition Future Investors leave with their own America Dream Plan. As with all FICA training programs this program is presented using superior interactive training strategies to enhance the learning process, including charts and graphs that keep young people wanting to learn more.

FICA Financial WhizKids are preparing to meet the financial challenges of life! The Financial WhizKids Challenge training system is designed to enhance students competitive skills while teaching them exactly what it takes to succeed! The FICA Financial Whiz Kids Challenge & Competition training program consists of 4 high-energy online or face to face workshops (14-16 hrs) including the Future Investors Winning On Wall St. Kickoff program, Financial Whiz Kids Workshops 1 & 2 and the awesome Financial Whiz Kids Competition. Financial Whiz Kids explore the world of personal finance and topics such as: Financial Terminology, Insurance & Banking, Financial Planning, Investment Terminology, Investing In Stocks, Annuities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Financial Web-sites, Career and Credit Management and more! This comprehensive training program incorporates online/face to face workshops and summer camps designed to teach youth about the world of financial markets. In addition to attending the Winning On Wall St. "Financial Pep Rally," Young Investors learn about the following: Financial Terminology, Insurance & Banking, Financial Planning, Investment Terminology, Investing In Stocks, Annuities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Financial and Business Web-sites, Career and Credit Management and Starting an Investment Club. In addition, Young Investors learn the importance of Teaming Up, the Ten Commandments of Success, Five Laws of Gold and the Thirteen Steps Towards Riches. Young Investors training also includes fun and informative field trips. Each student is required to take and pass the YIC/BFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA YEC Certificate of Completion.

Which industry is on the rise? What's the latest information that could see a company soar or decline? These are just a couple of questions that a FICA Young Analyst learns to answer. The Young Analyst training program consists of 10 Advance Financial Intelligence Training (AFIT) workshops designed to enhance the fundamental and technical analytical skills of YAC members. YAC members will attend the Winning On Wall St. "Financial Pep Rally," plus learn the Art of The Trade, Analyzing Bar Charts & Graphs, Stock Trading Patterns, Commodity Markets, Real Estate Investments, Bull and Bear Markets, Financial Risk and Reward, Technical & Fundamental Analysis, and analyzing the Automatic Investment Management System. Youth will also prepare a portfolio of investments as well as master asset allocation into different financial markets. Young Investors training also includes fun and informative field trips. Each student is required to take and pass the YAC/AFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA YAC Certificate of Completion.

Competency, Ethics, Integrity, Leadership are just a few of the sessions that YEC members will enjoy during Young Executive Club Training workshops. Each workshop is designed to prepare the next generation of America's, CFO's, CEO's, Presidents and Board of Directors. Students will review the successes and failures of some of America's top companies. Learning about Executive Leadership has never been this much fun! In addition, the FICA Young Executives training consists of 10 sessions, which are as follows: Winning On Wall "Financial Pep Rally," Business Ethics, Corporate Structuring, Marketing, Teamwork 101, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Leadership, Profiting in Bull & Bear Markets, Global Economics & Politics and Business. The YEC training program is designed to be completed in 40-80 hours depending on the level of students. Each student is required to take and pass the YEC/EFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA YEC Certificate of Completion.
