FICA Leaders Network members must be age 21 or older and officially registered. In addition each FICA Leader must pay the annual training and continuing education fee. The FICA training system for Leaders is provided in five ways. First each Leader is required
to learn the FICA special training programs and e-learning online network. Secondly each Leader is required to learn the FICA recruitement and program registration process. Thirdly our FICA Leaders is required to learn to provide students with our basic
financial intelligence training curriculum. Fourthly our FICA Leaders is required to learn the program fundraising and sponsorship development process. Finally each leader is required to attend the annual FICA Leaders Network, Academy, Camp and or Conference.
During the FICA Leaders Academy provides leaders with the skills needed to introduce youth to the world of financial markets in a fun and exciting way!
Cost for the FICA Leaders Network, Academy, Camp and or Conference is separate from the fees for a FICA Clubs, Chapters or Centers.
