Description of Training Sessions:

Fun, Exciting and Informative! These three terms sum up the FICA Summer Camps. Young Investors enjoy financial intelligence training, video and board games, field trips to local financial districts, and guest speakers from some of America's largest corporations. FICA Summer Camps are to be held on the campuses of some of America's most prestigious Colleges and Universities. In addition, each summer camp has been designed to provide special emphases on certain key economic industries, such as: Travel & Tourism, Technology-Communications, Entertainment-Media, Energy-Space Technology, Commodity Markets, Franchise Corporations, Banking, Insurance & Investments, Toys & Sporting Goods. In addition, field trips may be planned to the movies and other local entertainment centers. All activities are designed to enhance and enrich the learning process. As a result, learning about the world of finance and business has never been this much fun! Curriculum includes BFIT, plus analysis of the Entertainment and Media Production Industry.

FICA's Basic Financial Intelligence Training (BFIT) system is designed to be an introductory training curriculum. The Basic Financial Intelligence Training system incorporates the three main educational components of Reading, Writing and Mathematics in each of its curriculum components. In addition, students learn the importance of Finance, Business, Economics, Charts, Graphs, Teamwork and Leadership Skills. Participants attending FICA Financial and Business Intelligence Training programs leave with an understanding of real life skills and just how the world of finance/ business works. In addition, the Basic Financial Intelligence Training System is presented in an energetic and fun environment designed to enhance the learning experience and keep students wanting to learn more. Basic Financial Intelligence Training is the primary training system used for the FICA Financial Whiz Kids Challenge & Competition and the FICA Young Investors Club special training programs.

The FICA Young Investors Training Kit is the actual BFIT curriculum. The FICA Young Investors Training Kit consist of nine basic financial intelligence training booklets, they are: Financial Terminology, Insurance and Banking, Financial Planning, Investment Terminology, Investing In Stocks, Annuities, Bonds, and Mutual Funds, Online Trading and Financial Web-Sites, Career and Credit Management, and Starting An Investment Club. Each booklet will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete depending on the level of student participation. The BFIT training system is designed to be completed in 40-80 hours depending on the level of students. Each student is required to take and pass the BFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA Certificate of Completion.

The FICA Advance Financial Intelligence Training (AFIT) system is designed to be a advance education training curriculum. The FICA Advance Financial Intelligence Training system incorporates the three main educational components of Reading, Writing and Mathematics in each of its curriculum components. In addition, students learn the importance of Finance, Business, Economics, Charts, Graphs, Teamwork and Leadership Skills. Participants attending FICA Financial and Business Intelligence Training programs leave with an understanding of real life skills and just how the world of finance/ business works. The FICA Young Analyst Kit is the actual AFIT curriculum. The FICA Young Analyst Training Kit consists of nine advance financial intelligence-training sessions, which are as follows: The Art of The Trade, Analyzing Bar Charts & Graphs, Stock Trading Patterns, Commodity Markets, Real Estate Investments, Bull and Bear Markets, Financial Risk and Reward, Technical & Fundamental Analysis, and analyzing the Automatic Investment Management System. Each booklet will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete depending on the level of student participation. The AFIT training system is designed to be completed in 40-80 hours depending on the level of students. Each student is required to take and pass the BFIT competency examination in order to receive a FICA Certificate of Completion.
